“For I was hungry, and you fed me. I was thirsty, and you gave me a drink. I was a stranger, and you invited me into your home. I was naked, and you gave me clothing. I was sick, and you cared for me. I was in prison, and you visited me.... "And the King will say, 'I tell you the truth, when you did it to one of the least of these my brothers and sisters, you were doing it to me!'"
~Matthew 25:35-36 & 40 (NLT)~

about us
World Missions In Action (WMIA), a tax-exempt non-profit corporation under IRC 501(c)(3) and a public charity, is the ministry of Arnold Gonzales who is an ordained minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. He was born and raised in Norwalk, California, and served in the United States Navy for nearly 11 years. Through many life difficulties, in the 70’s he accepted Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior at a church called "Calvary Chapel". He later graduated a 4-year Bible School Ministry and achieved several major tasks as a leader in church-planting, children's ministry, ushering ministry, prison ministry, as well as ministering in various places in the United States and other countries.
The Lord has given Arnold a compassion to visit poverty-stricken areas, national and international. He will be preaching, evangelizing, teaching and helping the needs in these areas. Arnold's calling is to work in the mission field to uplift those in needs spiritually, as well as physically when they are also in needs of necessities.
For the past ten years, Arnold has traveled to many areas internationally for mission trips, such as Mexico, Haiti, Thailand, Cambodia, and Kenya. He visited Kenya once a year from 2014 - 2018 and discovered many needs in this area. One of the special needs is to teach and give proper biblical curriculum to teachers, pastors and leaders. This biblical sound doctrine will ultimately be taught in various churches, schools and organizations.
Another vision of his is to help church-plant, building churches and schools and building godly men and women in several countries to become leaders to further God's Kingdom, as well as supplying necessities to various prisons, orphanages, refugee camps, rehabilitation centers, etc.
Our Mission
To help and support in church-planting, building churches and godly leaders of men and women all over the world, equipping the Saints proper biblical Christian doctrine, building a unity among the Christian churches, and providing them with biblical materials they need.

To lead a group of leaders and/or volunteers to various countries on missions to teach, help, feed, and provide bibles and materials.
To reach out to people by organizing outreach events and crusade in various communities to share the Gospel, evangelize, worship, and pray with them.

OUR MINISTRY
BUILDING CHRISTIAN LEADERS
One of our missions is building Christian leaders in various places centering in Kenya. In 2015, thirty-two pastors from 23 different church denominations in Kenya had taken Essential Bible Doctrine course that we facilitated in Nairobi. The curriculum differed many different things. At the end of the course, these pastors realized what they had been missing in their teaching to the congregation, and the course reminded them of the basic sound doctrine that they should focus on. After receiving a Certificate of Completion, all these pastors made a commitment to build their leaders and their congregations with correct biblical studies. In the end, they all have Unity with each other as well.
MINISTERING IN PRISONS
Another ministry of WMIA is not only reaching the hearts of the church leaders, but also teaching in prisons in that region. We offer prisoners a teaching program called “PRO APP” [Pray, Review, Observe, and Apply], which is an inductive type of study of how the Bible Scriptures apply in their daily lives. This will equip them to become godly men when they are released after their incarceration period ends. This gives them a new hope and a new beginning. In reaching out, many of them are not only spiritually thirsty for the Word of God, but are physically hungry as well. That is when we will come in and help supply their needs. Our partners in Kenya will help deliver our supplies to those in need.
REACHING OUT TO PEOPLE IN POVERTY areas
Another important ministry is reaching out to devastated people in South Sudan. During a visit to Kenya, Arnold had the opportunity to hold a pastors conference with Sudanese leaders from one of the tribes and to interview them. He learned that people are being raped, robbed, and killed. Churches, homes and properties are being burnt down and destroyed by corrupt leaders and militant groups, and these Sudanese people are caught in the middle of this tragedy and devastation. Innocent women, children, teachers, and Christians are hiding and left hungry – no food and necessities. There is also a refugee camp in Kenya with very little food as well. Together, we as Christians can make a difference! Our allies in this region will help deliver our foods and essential supplies to them. We also envision to expand this ministry to other countries in South Africa region.
ORPHANAGES
It is also our mission to visit orphanages in poverty areas to teach, provide them with children learning materials, and supply necessities they need. Along with the teaching, we will play & pray with them, to uplift their souls and show them the love of our Lord Jesus Christ. This will bring joy to their spirits and enhance their willingness to learn, while we plant the seed encouraging them to be godly children.
